Our free 10km delivery zone
Free delivery, set-up and collect of sound systems within our 10km zone, $3 per km charged beyond the perimeter.
Our Distance Calculator starts when we go beyond 10km and turns off when we re-enter our free zone again.
We use GoogleMaps to calculate travel distances. The cost covers time in Auckland traffic, fuel and general vehicle wear.
XX km x4 (delivery & collect is 2 return trips) = XX km (minus the free 40km) = XX km @ $3 per km
For example, an event in Devonport is 22 km from Ellerslie, x4 = 88 km, minus 40 km = 48 km @ $3 per km = $144 GST inclusive, to travel twice to Devonport from Ellerslie, and back, which could potentially be about 3 hours of total driving time, plus fuel, and packing in/out the sound equipment.

Exception: If your event is under two hours it may be better for our tech to wait near-by for the event to end rather than travelling back and forth. Tell us the duration of your event and we may be able to help out with a nominal stand-by fee and avoid the cost of two return trips.
Zone includes; NORTH, to the Harbour Bridge, EAST to Highland Park and Botany Downs, SOUTH to Papatoetoe and Mangere, WEST to Blockhouse Bay and Herne Bay.
Zone excludes; the North Shore, Howick Village, Manukau, New Lynn and beyond.
